Lynda Field Productions provided production, event support logistics management and sponsor integration services to E! for six seasons of their Fashion Week Sponsorship.
We coordinated the needs of multiple departments over several continents to ensure E! internal teams have a smooth experience and effective sponsor integrations and well-run productions.
Our responsibilities included oversight and management all schedules, brand ambassadors, VIP lounges, ticketing, setup and breakdown and interface with presenting organization, labor contractors and venues.
